#1

The first thing I dont understand.

Flushing in public Restrooms.

Now this is so much a cleanliness issue(I'll get to that in another entry) but rather one of senses. No one likes to walk into a bathroom and get that horrifying whiff of urine and mildew. No One. Especially if its cold outside and the building has central air. Its no longer just a smell, Its a WARM HUMID LADEN SMELL.

But this wouldnt happen if people. FLUSH. THE. TOILET.

I dont understand this aversion to flushing the toilet.

Granted I understand that "Ew public toilet. I have to touch the handle! Ewwwwww!" Never mind that generally restrooms are one of the cleanest places on the face of the planet.

"Oh no. I have to flush but I dont want to touch the handle to flush!" The obvious solution is to take your foot and push the handle with your shoe. Problem solved.

The steps are very simple. Your shoe is on your foot. Raise your foot. And push the handle with your foot.

Praise Jesus the toilet is flushing and tadah the risk of stink goes with it.

Maybe its this misguided attempt to save water. Or maybe its because people are lazy bastards.
